Shipping Policy
One clock, one box. Here's exactly what happens after checkout — including the parts we won't promise.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally right now.
What it costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, every time. No threshold, no minimum, no surprise line item at the end.
Order processing
We pick and pack within 4–6 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. That's before it goes anywhere — the clock starts moving after that, not during it.
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order lands, and a second email with tracking once the carrier scans the parcel. If tracking hasn't turned up within 3 business days of dispatch, check your spam folder first, then email us.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 4-6 business days after dispatch. With our 1–2 day processing window, that's 4-6 business days from order to doorstep.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once the parcel is with the carrier, the timeline is theirs, not ours. We'll tell you what we know, and we won't invent a date to close a sale.
If something goes wrong
- Wrong address. Email us as fast as you can. If it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If it has, we'll help you chase it, but we can't guarantee a redirect.
- Stalled tracking. If it hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If it's genuinely gone, we replace it or refund you — your choice.
- Arrived damaged. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it. Hang onto the packaging until it's sorted.
- Changed your mind. That's what the 30-day return window is for. See our Return and Refund Policy.
