This page sets out who operates this site, what this site is, and — just as importantly — what we don't claim. Our Terms of Service cover the rules of buying from us. This page covers the disclosures.

What we don't claim

We'd rather be on the record about this than let you infer it.

• We make no claim about the movement. We haven't independently verified the movement type in this clock, so we don't describe it as quartz, sweep, silent, or non-ticking. It's an analog clock. Analog clocks make noise. We're not going to tell you ours doesn't when we haven't tested it.
• We make no health or sleep claims. We're an alarm clock company, not a medical one. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we say is a promise about how you, your teenager, or anyone else in your house will sleep. If sleep is genuinely a problem in your house, talk to a doctor, not an ecommerce store.
• We make no claim to fix anyone's relationship with their phone. We sell an alarm clock. What it does is remove one specific excuse. The rest is up to you, and we think that's fine.

Accuracy of content

We take care over what's on this site, but we don't warrant that everything here is complete, current, or error-free. Product photography is representative — screens vary, and we can't guarantee your monitor's version of mint green matches ours.

If something is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typo or a system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. See our Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

The Hush & Ring name, our copy, our photography and our site design belong to us. Please don't republish them as your own. Product names and trademarks mentioned that belong to other companies remain theirs, and referring to them here isn't a claim of affiliation or endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and the product are provided "as is". Our full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability is in our Terms of Service, and those terms apply to any purchase.
